From the inception of OPERATION ECUADOR it has been the goal of the leadership to develop teams of church planters:  Men and women who have been thoroughly trained in the scriptures,  equipped in ministry skills through interning with the Quito Norte church of Christ,  and matured to such a degree that they would be able to fulfill the instructions of Paul to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:2- "Faithful ones training others in the faith so that they will be able to pass the faith faithfully to others."  Thus far the dream has been realized in 3 locations in Ecuador:
